The Voltertech BESS-25MW-W is a 2.5MW transformer-isolated power conversion unit for MW-scale hybrid solar and battery storage projects. It connects compatible 1000–1500V DC battery systems to a 10kV medium-voltage AC network and supports battery, EMS and plant dispatch communication.
For large solar-plus-storage plants, the battery system requires a power conversion stage that matches both the high-voltage DC battery architecture and the medium-voltage project network.
